Noor Ismail Ja’afar served at PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd., (Oil & Gas Upstream) before being appointed as Head of Human Resource for PRefChem. Notably, he has been stationed in Iraq as Human Resource Manager in operations covering Dubai, UAE & Garraf, Iraq where he established and maintained engagement and communication with various stakeholders including Government Authorities of Dubai and Iraq, the Iraqi local community, joint-venture partners and key industry players, as well as service providers.

He is a firm believer in hard work and dedication, and he has always been inspired by a quote from the renowned Indian composer, A.R Rahman: “Success comes to those who dedicate everything to their passion in life. To be successful, it is also very important to be humble and never let fame or money travel to your head”.
